THE INFERIORITY OF MEN: Are men afraid of smarter women…?

 How can smart women shows her ability and talents, when she is not allowed to do so…? 

                Being raised in an Islamic country such as Saudi Arabia, (believe it or not), women are not allowed to drive, sit at the front seat next to the driver, nor own properties like in other countries. It’s like, hello…?!! Why the second class treatment…?In my process of cruising towards puberty, I thought that these ‘classifications’ were made by the God, taken from the Holy Quran. But as I reached adulthood, I met people from other countries – Malaysia, Brunei,
China, etc – with high population of Muslims. We discussed issues – only to find out that Islam never treats women as second class human being. Islam worships women as we are the ones giving birth to the earth’s populations. These second-class treatments were made by MEN…….

             I, then realize that Arab men made these rules because they are afraid of women rising up to them. They could not face the day when women are superior, own properties more than men can ever work their way to, or being able to earn more than they can. Look how the ego of men, fight against the rules of God. Why…? It is caused by the inferiority of men against smart women. Years ago in Afghanistan, women are not allowed to work. So, imagine widowed or divorcees with small little sons – unable to feed the children because most of their husbands died in endless wars – who’s feeding the family when women are not allowed to work? – Child labor is the only solution.

Have men no heart…? They are the causes of small boys don’t enjoy childhood, but bring home the bacon – and yet, shouting campaigns against child labor. There are many more rules and unfair treatments to women all across the globe – excluding what mentioned – all because of men are afraid of women – they are afraid that someday women will take over what they have achieved all these centuries. Men feel inferior of the future where women lead wars, presidents of the world, great pioneers, creators, etc – in short, smart living creatures.

 Haven’t men had enough…? They conquered the world for the past centuries already.     

 My adulthood years, I’ve been working in many different countries. I am glad to finally hold a high education qualification and secure myself a dream job in an international company. But, as far as I can see, although countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and some European countries seems to allow women to be on the top, what people don’t know is there are glass barriers – unseen by the naked eye, but you know it exists – pressure to not let you achieve position any higher.For example, they’ll only limit a number of women to be at that level, although women who qualified and capable for the post is double the number of men – worst is when they came up with many ‘grandfather’ reasons for not letting you – or any woman –  to the higher level. It is as if women are fixed to stay in that one level position until the day she retires – no matter how good are her performances.

Men are indeed afraid of smarter women. Not because of inferiority towards the woman, but as in fear of losing power. Smarter woman can achieve so much more and be powerful. Men have ego – and it is that ego that feels insecure. As long as smart women are covered by these ‘glass’ boxes – not allowed to perform to her best – men find their lives as ego booster.
